Why is Lead Gen pricing cheaper than Ecommerce?

Because the work is different. Lead Gen typically means 1-3 service categories on 1-2 channels with simpler creative needs. Ecommerce means weekly creative testing, multi-channel attribution chasing, Klaviyo flows, and PDP/cart optimization across dozens of products. We charge for the work, not the brand size.

What's included in ad spend?

Nothing — ad spend goes directly to Meta / Google / TikTok. Our fee is just for strategy + execution. We never mark up media spend (some agencies hide a 15-20% markup; we don't).

Do you require setup fees?

No setup fees on any plan. The first month is your setup month — we use that budget to do the technical work (pixel/CAPI, conversions, audience seeding, etc.) so you're not paying twice.

What's the contract length?

90-day initial commitment so the guarantee can fire. After that, month-to-month with 30-day notice. We've never had a client leave before the 90 days because the work shows up by week 6.

Can I switch between tiers?

Yes — both directions. Upgrade anytime. Downgrade with 30-day notice at the end of any month. No "downgrade fees" — that's gross.

What if I'm both Lead Gen AND Ecommerce?

Pick the dominant model. Most "hybrid" businesses are 80%/20% one way. We can also build a custom retainer that blends both — book a call and we'll scope it.

Do you take equity, deferred fees, or rev-share?

Sometimes. For brands under $50K MRR with strong unit economics, we'll consider a hybrid retainer + small performance bonus. We do not take pure equity-only deals.
